Hastings Deering Queensland (Caterpillar Dealer) 2019 Apprenticeship training resource mapping exercise. Hastings Deering moved from an Engineering to an Automotive based qualification for their Heavy Plant Technician apprentices. I provided the service of mapping the resources they held against the qualification requirements to ensure compliance and integrity of their new qualification that was to be delivered.

Hastings Deering Papua New Guinea (Caterpillar Dealer) 2019 Training Department review and Manager mentoring and audit project. Based in Port Moresby, Hastings Deering PNG were reviewing their training department and evaluating a National staff member they had placed as the interim Training Manager with the possibility of making it a permanent position. I travelled to PNG every six weeks to spend a week with the incumbent Manager and the training team plus working remotely on the project from Melbourne. I also provided advice and feedback to the new Regional Manager. I provided proposed design layouts for a refurbishment of the training facility, staffing requirements, coached staff and worked closely with the interim Training Manager coaching him on business acumen and personnel skills.

Civil Contractors Federation (Victoria) 2019-2020 Stood in as the interim General Manager of training for six months. During this time oversaw a review of compliance and rectification project. Organised the RTO re-registration and annual declaration for ASQA.

2020 Provided Project Manager services for a Business Transformation Project which involved reviewing the organisational structure, staffing and business practices. A new structure model was created that would be sustainable and allow the group to flourish in coming years. The changes were worked through with staff and Managers along with the State Board. Once approved the new order was implemented within a four month period.

2021 Returned to provide support for a RTO compliance internal audit rectification project and an external Skills First audit. Reviewed and updated all business policies, aligned processes and setting up a digital storage intranet system.

Earthlift (Victoria civil construction contractor) 2021 Carried out a full company audit and staff interviews to determine the health of the business and prepare a proposal of business changes and updates. Worked with the company on implementation and manage the changes involved along with staff development. Created new policies and updated existing where required. Provided coaching and mentoring services to the CEO and various Managers.
