Optimising Staff

Having had the privilege of working within various companies as a manager or consultant, and being exposed to many more as a Customer or providing services as a representative has given me valuable insight into how businesses operate from small family firms to large multi-internationals. I have supplemented these experiences with academic studies in the field of Business Management.

I believe it is the responsibility of every Manager to develop their staff with formal training, passing on experience, mentoring and coaching on the job. Something I have enjoyed doing so in various countries and found it rewarding witnessing these people develop and attain positions they otherwise would never have achieved. With my training industry experience I can help advise on staff development and appropriate training courses.

I have provided confidential mentoring and advisory services to CEOs and Senior Managers through to staff at all levels of a company. With my varied background and industry experience I have developed skills that allow me to communicate with a wide variety of staff.

I have carried out the process of auditing a business’s practices, organisational structure, culture, workflows and processes, followed by providing a revised construct and a staged approach to implementing and help with the change management involved.
